DirectAdmin (Resolved)

Dear Customers,

We are aware that the DirectAdmin server is showing as our license has expired. We are working with DirectAdmin to resolve this issue as our license is fully paid for till June.

We are currently in progress of setting up a new Hufflepuff running cPanel and will be migrating customers shortly.

UPDATE 1 13/05/14 00:19 - The license issue is now resolved. We will be migrating customers shortly.

UPDATE 2 13/05/14 01:02 - We are now transfering clients.

UPDATE 3 13/05/14 01:48 - We are experiencing problems migrating clients. We are working to resolve this however due to the current time this may take longer than normal. We are currently awaiting support from cPanel. Customers using and will notice their websites are appearing offline. This is because the nameservers are running on the new IPs. Please bare with us while we get all accounts up and running.

UPDATE 4 13/05/14 11:24 - We are currently working with cPanel to migrate customers today. Customers with domains pointing to ns3 and ns4 will not have their website online due to the change in IPs. Customers using their own nameservers will not be effected. We hope to have this completed today.

UPDATE 4 13/04/05 12:46 - cPanel are about to begin migrating customers. We have to make a few alterations to the server before hand. Website's using ns3 and ns4 will appear back online as each account is copied. Users will get a new welcome e-mail once your account has been migrated.

UPDATE 5 13/04/05 14:43 - Due to differences with DirectAdmin and cPanel PHP settings, it's taken longer than we had hoped. The server's both match the same config. cPanel will be migrating customers shortly. Our next update should be to advise this has been completed. Remember you will get a new Welcome e-mail with the new details in due course.

UPDATE 6 13/04/14 23:24 - We are pleased to confirm that all clients website's are now back up and running. The new IPs are & This represents ns3 and ns4. We will be performing a DNS clean up in the next few days and will be issuing new nameservers to clients. In the mean time all site's are fully up and running. We are pleased with this although it took longer than we wanted. We hope clients will enjoy cPanel and the faster Hufflepuff.

Planned Urgent Maintenance - Hufflepuff (Resolved)

This evening we have been prepairing to migrate our server to a newer node in order to provide a better uptime to our customers.

Our Hosting Provider are moving us to a node which currently have 100+ days uptime. We feel this is our only option due to the continued problems we have been expierincing.

During this evening and early hours of the morning the node will be moved and new IP addresses will be issued.

Customers will be e-mailed with the new IP address once these hve been issued to us.

Hufflepuff Downtime 7/4/14 (Resolved)

We are currently investigating an issue effecting Hufflepuff.

UPDATE 1: We have identified the issue as a DDoS attack.

UPDATE 2: All services are coming back online.

UPDATE 3: All services are now online.

UPDATE 4: Services are offline again. We are investigating.

UPDATE 5: Services are back online. Downtime was 2 miniutes. We are working on this however.

UPDATE 6: Services are back online, We are now prepairing to move to a newer node.

Hufflepuff Downtime 29/01/2014 (Resolved)

We are currently investigating an issue with Hufflepuff which is causing websites to stop loading or load extremly slow. Please bare with us while we fix the problem.

Hufflepuff Down (Resolved)

Affecting Server - | Priority - Low

We are currently investigating as to why Hufflepuff has gone offline and is unavaliable.

 UPDATE 1: We are now back online but we continue to investigate the cause.

UPDATE 2: Our provider have stated the following "We are very sorry about the bad uptime. We are working on getting this fixed, we have applied a few fix's to the node due to bugs" We are working with our provider to come up with a solution.

UPDATE 3: Hufflepuff is down again. We are working to resolve this as quickly as we can.

UPDATE 4: We have been informed the server has been booted back up and should now return to normal.

UPDATE 5: We are aware that Nufflepuff has gone down again we are working to resolve this as quickly as we can.

UPDATE 6: We have now made the decision to move our server to a different node in order to prevent further downtime.

UPDATE 7: We have been informed the server has been repaired and has been online so far for 13 hours. We are monitoring the situation and are prepared to move to another server if this happens again.

UPDATE 8: We are now confident with Hufflepuff as uptime is now stable. We are now marking this update as Low and will continue to monitor.

UPDATE 9: After a month of no issues we are seeing issues again. We are currently investigating.

Payment Gateway Issue (Resolved)

TinyHosting Limited is currently having issues taking payments due to a technical problem with an unknown Payment Gateway in our system.

We are working to resolve this as quickly as possiable.
